The conference was hosted by DePaul University’s Master of Public Health Program and the Center for Community Health Equity. It was a day to rekindle our networks, renew our collective passion for health equity, celebrate the remarkable work of our community partners, and center our efforts to facilitate health and well-being across Chicago.
