Addressing High Blood Pressure through a Community Health Worker Intervention in Westside Chicago Churches

This talk on May 28, 2019, will describe the development of a community-based participatory research project in partnership with African American churches on the West Side to improve health equity. Focusing on the development and evolution of the community partnership process and the design and recruitment process for a church-based blood pressure intervention.
